What if I’m not very tech savvy?
No problem. Dart Cabinet Design includes lifetime tech support with our cabinet systems. If you ever need help with setup, software, updates, connections, or troubleshooting, we’re here to help.

You do not need to be highly technical to own one of our cabinets. We design our systems to be as straightforward as possible, and if you run into an issue, you can contact us for guidance and support for as long as you own your Dart Cabinet Design cabinet.

What is included with a Dart Cabinet Design cabinet?
What is included depends on the cabinet model and options selected. Each product page lists the standard features and available upgrades for that specific cabinet. If you are unsure what is included, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to walk you through the setup.

Are your cabinets compatible with GranBoard?
Yes. Many of our cabinet systems are designed specifically around GranBoard electronic dartboards and can be configured with the display, lighting, electronics, and accessories needed for a complete setup.

Can I use a different dartboard?
Some cabinet models may be compatible with other dartboards or configurations. Contact us before ordering if you plan to use something other than the standard setup so we can confirm fit and compatibility.

Do the cabinets come fully assembled?
Yes. Our cabinets are shipped fully assembled and ready for final setup. Depending on the model, you may only need to place or mount the cabinet, connect power, and complete the electronic or dartboard setup. We provide setup guidance to help make the process as simple as possible.

Do you offer custom colors or finishes?
Yes. Custom finishes and other options are available on select cabinet models. Custom orders may have additional charges and may not be eligible for return once production has begun.

Can you customize the cabinet?
Depending on the model and request, we may be able to accommodate custom dimensions, finishes, layouts, or other modifications. Contact us before ordering to discuss what you have in mind.

How long does it take to receive my cabinet?
Lead times vary depending on the cabinet model, customization, current order volume, and material availability. Estimated production times are provided when possible, but they are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Typical lead time for standard cabinets are less then a week.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship smaller products through parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx, while larger cabinets may ship by freight depending on the size and destination.

What happens if my cabinet is damaged during shipping?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the cabinet, packaging, and any visible damage. Keep all packaging materials while we work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

What warranty do your cabinets include?
Our Pro Series cabinets include a 6-month warranty, and our Classic Series cabinets include a 3-month warranty. Coverage includes qualifying workmanship, material, electronic, and component issues under normal use. See our Warranty Policy for complete details.

Can I return a cabinet?
Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 15 days of delivery with prior approval, provided they are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom and made-to-order products may become final sale once production begins. See our Return Policy for full details.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders canceled before production begins are eligible for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation requests are reviewed individually and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Can you help me set up the electronics and software?
Yes. We provide setup guidance for the equipment and software used with our cabinet systems. Our goal is to make the finished system as easy to get up and running as possible.
