Return Policy

Products that are new, unused, or unwanted may be returned within 15 days for a credit, provided the following conditions are met:

• Prior approval must be obtained from Dart Cabinet Design via email or phone.
• The product must be in its original packaging and box.
• The product must be unused and in brand new condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• For items returned for credit that originally qualified for free shipping or a shipping discount, the shipping costs or discounts will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the purchaser’s account, unless store credit is requested.
• We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

Please Note: A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returned, non-defective items.
