These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Dart Cabinet Design through our website, by phone, by email, in person, or through an approved invoice or order.

By placing an order with Dart Cabinet Design, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required according to the terms provided at checkout, on the invoice, or at the time the order is placed.

An order is not considered confirmed until required payment has been received and accepted by Dart Cabinet Design.

Dart Cabinet Design reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price agreed upon at the time the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing or calculation error has occurred.

Taxes, shipping, freight, delivery charges, and optional upgrades may be additional unless specifically stated otherwise.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many Dart Cabinet Design products are built or finished specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable selections, including dimensions, colors, stains, finishes, layouts, accessories, and other custom options before production begins.

Custom dimensions, custom finishes, personalized products, and other made-to-order items are considered final sale once production has begun, except in the case of a covered defect or warranty issue.

Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges or changes to the estimated completion date.

Production & Lead Times

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Lead times may change due to material availability, order volume, supplier delays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Dart Cabinet Design.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete and ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided.

Product Appearance

Because many of our products are made from real wood, natural variations in grain, knots, color, texture, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

Colors and finishes may also appear differently depending on lighting, wood characteristics, computer screens, and mobile-device displays.

Minor variations between samples, photographs, and the finished product are normal.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery, refused shipment, storage, re-delivery, or special delivery requirements may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.

Custom and made-to-order products may become non-returnable once production has begun.

Original shipping costs and certain other expenses may be deducted from eligible refunds as described in our Return Policy.

Warranty

Products are covered according to our Warranty Policy.

Dart Cabinet Design will determine the appropriate resolution for an approved warranty claim, which may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, replacement components, or another reasonable solution.

Electronics & Components

Cabinet packages may include dartboards, monitors, lighting, power components, electronic equipment, or other accessories.

Compatibility, software availability, online services, mobile applications, manufacturer features, and third-party services may change over time and may be outside the control of Dart Cabinet Design.

Dart Cabinet Design is not responsible for changes made by third-party manufacturers or service providers that occur after purchase, including software updates, discontinued features, app compatibility changes, server availability, subscription requirements, or changes to online services.

This does not limit warranty coverage that otherwise applies under our Warranty Policy.

Customer Installation & Use

Customers are responsible for following any installation, setup, electrical, mounting, operating, or safety instructions provided with the product.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Dart Cabinet Design is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, improper mounting, modification, misuse, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and other website information accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur. Dart Cabinet Design reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dart Cabinet Design will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, inability to use, or failure of a product.

Dart Cabinet Design's responsibility for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Force Majeure

Dart Cabinet Design is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, supplier delays, utility outages, government actions, or similar events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Policy Changes

Dart Cabinet Design may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to an order are generally the terms in effect when the order is placed.
